TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE E-CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE PORTAL ("ECEP")
- By accessing or using this ECEP, you hereby warrant and represent that you have been properly authorized by the Policyholder / Insured to submit information pertaining to such Insured’s claims. Any unauthorized use of this ECEP is strictly prohibited and if any infringement is found, you may be subjected to penalties under any applicable law. You are fully responsible for ensuring the validity of such authorization and agree to indemnify us against any loss or claims thereof.
- Information contained on this website or accessed through this ECEP does not represent the applicable policy terms and conditions in its entirety. We strongly advise you to read through the policy document to fully understand the applicable terms and conditions.
- We do not admit any liability by receiving any information through this ECEP. Assessment to any claim shall be based on the information submitted to us through this ECEP, supporting documentary evidence, your warranty and representations that such information are truthful, accurate and that all material information relating to the claim have been fully disclosed. In the event, you are uncertain whether such information is material, please disclose and consult us. Please also note that the requirements mentioned here are not exhaustive and we may require additional information, documentation and proof of claim to be furnished to support a claim. Please also be informed that the requirements may differ from one claim to another. Any claim payment shall be always subject to terms and conditions of the applicable policy.
- By accessing or using this ECEP, you expressly agree that you are at your own risk. We assume no responsibility and shall not be held liable for any loss or damage as a result of your access or use of this ECEP. You acknowledge that you are fully aware and irrevocably agree that use of this ECEP is subject to having all your activities hereof monitored and recorded by us.
- Tune Protect Malaysia, its related companies and/or holding company, do not in any way represent or warrant its accuracy, adequacy, currency, reasonableness or completeness or accept any liability for any loss or damage, whether wholly or partially, directly or indirectly, arising from any error, inaccuracy or omission.
- Your attention is also drawn to the "Declaration" you have given in the Online Claim Form which forms part of the terms of use of this website and ECEP.
- No warranties of any kind (whether implied, express, statutory or otherwise) is given in conjunction with such information or this ECEP in general.
- In the event of conflict between information contained in or accessed through this ECEP and the applicable policy, the provisions of such policy and any revisions thereof shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.

- Any cost, charges and/or fees in relation to overseas bank remittance and/or issuance of bank draft in respect of the settlement of your claim shall be borne solely by you.
I/We understand that the access to and/or use of the ECEP are subject to my acceptance of terms and conditions aforementioned.
I/We hereby acknowledge and understood the contents of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and agree to give my fullest co-operation to Tune Protect Malaysia or its representative in relation to this claim.
I/We acknowledge that I/we have accessed and/or read the Privacy Notice of TPM (available at all TPM branch customer service counters and/or TPM website) and agree to the processing of my/our personal data in the manner specified therein.
I/We also consent to the collection, further processing and disclosure of my/our sensitive details herein for the purpose of processing claims and making the related payments.
As such, I/we hereby accept and agree to comply with the said terms.
